Voluntary Repossession We will need a valid address and telephone number In order for us to contact the debtor. We will then attempt to setup a convenient appointment with the debtor for surrender of the keys, collateral and to sign any applicable paperwork. If debtor does not comply, it will no longer be considered a voluntary repossession and our client will be notified.
Involuntary Repossession We will attempt to recover your collateral in the most efficient manner possible. Safety is our primary concern. Each assignment is evaluated based upon the information given to us, such as: address, employment, Social Security number, phone numbers and co-buyer information. From this information, we will determine a plan to safely recover your collateral.
Investigations - Skip Tracing (License # A 9600149) If all of the information supplied to us for an account has been unsuccessful in helping us to locate the debtor or collateral, the next step in the investigation would be skip tracing. This service will only be performed with your approval.
NERS is a licensed Investigation Agency and is able to provide investigative and skip tracing services to all of our accounts. Our staff is state licensed and professionally trained in all aspects of investigation and skip tracing and, we have the resources available to locate even the most elusive debtor and/or collateral.
Field Visit
We will visit the given address and speak to the occupants in order to obtain the requested information such as; actual payments collected on your behalf, condition reports, digital photos of collateral.
